Best place in town to get your racquet strung. Best place in the state for that matter.

Hi Ron.... I want to give you five stars for your prior Racket Shack location and you as a business owner and racket stringer. However I just moved back to Tucson to find you located in The Fort Lowell "Tennis Center. I've gone by a dozen times only to find the whole place, including the courts, to be dark and padlocked. I realize this has to do with you and rather the "gatekeeper. Thank you for all the great string jobs over the years!

I received amazing service from the owner of this shop. He spent time with me going over different options, and when I saw a color combo on a racket I liked, he unpacked 2 huge boxes and opened racket packages looking for that color. He explained what was best for me, and honestly told me that a kids racket I liked the look of, wouldn't be right for me, (risking losing the sale). What a great resource person for info, and a great shop to do business with! I will definitely go back for my tennis equipment and reliable information!

Ron is a Tucson legend known for his knowledge of all things strings. He’s a one man show selling tennis racquets, racquetball, squash, badminton and pickleball paddles. He strings your rackets ASAP and even redoes your grips on the spot. Don’t know where we’d be without his smiling face and steady hands.

This place is a GEM. The owner of the shop is very knowledgeable and not pushy at all which a greatly appreciate. Also he has this awesome program where he allows you to demo up to 3 rackets at a Time for 5 days for only $20 - we’ve been Demoing multiple rackets over several weeks. Also, if you end up buying a racket the $20 can be used towards the actual racket. 10/10 service and friendliness.
